Ryan in the dug out. Our 2nd born had his 8th birthday over the weekend! Ryan had a real nice, low key, birthday. Our dear friends, the Schoenhofer and Lakey families joined us. Grandma was there too, but Grandpa was out of town.
It's hard to believe Ryan is 8! We are so blessed to have him with us, most of you know how sick he was when he was a baby, he spent so much time in the hospital. But now, he's big and strong and gives his older brother Ben a run for his money! Ryan plays baseball, mostly short stop and first base. Sometimes he gets to be catcher, I think that is what he does best!
Ryan is doing great in school. He's in 2nd grade and loving it! We had a parent teacher conference last week where we were told he was tested and accepted into the Gifted and Talented program at school! We are SO proud!
